About Ashley
I am a Chinese Canadian raised in Canada, but since I was little my parents sent me to China every summer to help me experience the language and culture. My fluency in both English and Chinese is native speaker level with no accents. Without preparation and a tutor, I scored a perfect score of 5/5 on the Advanced Placement Chinese exam. I've had 2 years of private Chinese lessons and tutoring experience in Canada. I am currently a medical student studying at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.

Students of all ages for Chinese are welcome! I am a patient and experienced tutor willing to adjust to your needs, whether you only want to improve your grades, prepare for a Chinese exam, or learn for fun. We can make a customized learning plan! For beginners, a typical lesson plan would be starting with learning about numbers and simple communication sentences. Lesson length can be 30 minutes - 1 hour long (with shorter 30-minute lessons available for little kids). I only teach in a public space or in the common area of my student accommodation.
