As a passionate language learner and teacher, I naturally understands how learning another language can bring empowering and life-changing experiences.
I have a BS and MS degree in Biology, and a Master's degree in Education.
I enjoy traveling and Chinese dance in my spare time.

I am a firm supporter of the communicative language teaching approach by creating an engaging and interactive learning environment.
I strongly agree that language acquisition goes beyond the classrooms. Therefore, in order to help students achieve proficiency, it is very important to provide extracurricular language support by creating opportunities for students to use Chinese. For example, assigning homework, which requires research, making a product and presenting to an audience; promoting communication using web-based tools and social media platforms.
