About Manjunatha
I am Manjunatha H G, a qualified mechanical engineer with an M.Tech in Machine Design from BMS College of Engineering, Bengaluru, and a B.E. from Government Engineering College, Hassan. I have over 1 year of teaching and project mentoring experience, gained during my M.Tech, where I guided juniors in understanding design principles, CAD tools, and project execution. My teaching style emphasizes clarity, real-world applications, and interactive learning. I simplify complex engineering concepts using sketches, simulations, and relatable analogies. My strengths lie in CAD software such as SolidWorks, CREO, and Siemens NX, along with strong fundamentals in design validation, GD&T, and FEA using tools like ANSYS and HyperMesh. I also bring practical exposure from my industrial experience in developing and analyzing complex components like micro gas turbines and elliptical gears. I plan my lessons based on the student's academic level and course requirements. I begin with a conceptual overview, followed by practical examples, problem-solving sessions, and doubt-clearing. I structure each topic into smaller modules to ensure better retention and use digital tools like diagrams, CAD models, and short quizzes. My tutoring technique includes active participation, using live drawing boards, animations, and software demos to make subjects like Machine Design, Solid Mechanics, and Manufacturing Processes more engaging. I also integrate real-time design problems and project guidance into sessions for hands-on understanding. My specialty is in Mechanical Design, CAD modeling, FEA, and GD&T, and I also provide support for academic project development, report writing, and tool training like SolidWorks and ANSYS.
