I am giving conducting lessons to high school/college students.
I try to teach my classes through a conversation with my students as well as practice with sheet music
This conversation includes a constant back and forth, whether that is through conducting or speaking.
Hello!
My name is Aaron. I am a first year student at Georgia State University. This will be my first time giving formal paid lessons.
I have taught at a coding institute for children called Code Ninjas. As well, I've taught many marching band students how to conduct in a drum major style.
Former high school seciton leader and back field conductor, including 2 solo/small ensemble parts.
I've known Aaron for quite some time, and what a character he is. He's a great guy with an awesome personality, and he loves and excels at doing what he does best. If you ever need help with mathematics or learning the saxophone, he's the crème de la crème. I could not recommend him enough.
Aaron is a great saxophone player. He was my section leader in my freshman year and he really helped me learn new rhythms and helped me with my tone. He is a fun and engaging teacher that always has something new to teach. Aaron is also very patient which was especially helpful for me who is a bit slow when it comes to music. He always came to practice early and ready to teach, and Aaron was a role model for the rest of the band.
