About Navasart
I am a graduate of Sacred Heart Major Seminary (2001) with a master's degree in Theology. I also hold a master's degree in education from Marygrove College (2005), and I'm in the process of completing my doctoral degree in education from the University of Phoenix (hopefully in 2026). I have taught from 3rd to 8th grades ELA, Science, Math, and Social Studies.

I begin my sessions with a diagnostic assessment to establish a baseline identifying the student's strengths and weaknesses. Based on studies, I use "I do," "we do," and "you do" teaching and instructional strategy to make sure that the student masters the concept being taught.
