I am a student at CSUF. I am studying Marine Biology and hope to work as a researcher studying the effects of diseases on sea stars. I have taken AP calculus and pre-calculus classes. I have helped tutor students for math and biology.

When tutoring I always let the student who is having difficulty tell me how much of the lesson they learned. I then read over the notes they have and through the textbook to show them what they may have missed or are having trouble understanding. I then work through a couple of problems with them and watch to see how they solve the problems on their own for their homework.
