About Riccardo
I am a 27-year-old Italian marine ecologist living in Australia. I came to Oz when I was 19, and I am still here! I am passionate about marine conservation and I believe that good education is the key to a sustainable future. Therefore, one of my missions is to help students to better understand and succeed in science-related subjects. Every student is special to me, and every lesson is different. I offer 60/90 minutes online one-to-one classes. First, together, we will identify your strengths and weaknesses in the subject, understand what you are required to learn, and then, we will make a strategic plan to make sure you UNDERSTAND the concepts and PASS the exam! We will work on how to develop study plans and habits, so you will be able to succeed not only in these subjects, but for the rest of your study career! I have a Bachelor of Science, and a Master by Research (Marine Ecology) from James Cook University (Townsville). I have been working as a University tutor from 2018 until 2022, helping students of all ages (from 16 to 60+) with a variety of subjects, including chemistry, biology, statistics and modeling. I have also worked privately in person and online. In these years I have had experience with different types of learners, and I can swear to you, with dedication and the proper tools, anyone can make it!
