Myself AMAL,
Am a college student as well as a martial artist (boxing, wushu, kickboxing) for the past 5 years i had lost 18 kg from 68 to 50 kg in 7 months (i had to lose this much weight because of weight classes in tournaments ) i had helped my father he is 50 year old who was 83 kg, now he is 76 kg he had lost that much weight in 2months and he also had lowered his cholesterol level and sugar level and he is physically and mentally more fit and healthy i can ensure you i will help you lose weight and make you healthy both physically and mentally
