With 10 years of experience as a dedicated martial arts instructor, and 11 years as a gymnastics coach, I've had the privilege of guiding countless students on their journey of self-improvement. My credentials include black belts in Taekwondo and Karate, various belts in Aikido, Judo, Jujutsu, and Kobudo, and numerous open-style competition medals. My commitment to excellence and professionalism in teaching and martial arts is only matched by my love for training.

He explains the what, why, and how everything connects in an easy-to-understand and fun way. When teaching forms, his ability to break down each move and then explain how they connect and eventually become one was eye-opening. I couldn't recommend Darren more highly or often for anything martial arts related.
