About Ayumi
I have practiced Martial Arts for almost for 10years. My background of Arts are kickboxing , Muay Thai ,American boxing and Taekwondo, Hapkido , Aikijujitsu and FMA( Filipino Martial Arts) and Krav Maga and some ground works. Also I Teach Mindfulness and Yoga and Meditation and Yoga Nidra as well as Yoga Therapy for PTSD .
