About Vincenzo
I started my pre-school martial path with Judo, then Karate Shotokan, Kali Filipino and finally the Ving Tsun Kung Fu that I have been practicing with passion for almost 10 years. I currently study and teach the Ving Tsun Kung Fu lineage Philipp Bayer.

My teaching methodology is based on the methodical repetition of basic movements that will build the bases of the system and then from time to time add new notions and motricity aimed at evolving the skills of the student. However, it is important to understand that the Ving Tsun is not based on techniques but on concepts and strategies combined with reflexes that the training exercises will gradually increase and develop. To be clear, there is no technique in the VT for an attack B etc. but reflections that by their nature should not be thought of and therefore much more spontaneous and capable of adapting to the offensives of others.
