About Elizabeth
I began tutoring students in elementary school when I was 10. I have trained volunteers for thrift stores. I'm a natural at massage and will be able to identify those characteristics in others. The key to giving a good massage is practice, practice, practice.

About the lesson

My teaching method is to have the students read the massage technique description and then I demonstrate, followed by student participation. Each week I'll quiz the students on the particular technique. I cover the muscles and what type of massage works best for that particular muscle. I also cover what not to do.
