Methodology

I teach by giving examples. Studying slides is great but if you don't know how to do the problems, what's the point? I make examples and give packets for students to solve. I also try many different approaches with students if one way of learning does not work for them.

Background

I am a Master's Accounting student at Texas Tech University. I was a Supplemental Instruction leader for microeconomics and Financial Accounting through my university. All of the students that regularly came to my sessions made a B or better in their courses.

Rates

Rate for online lessons : $20/h
Rate for 5 hours of lessons : $80
Rate for 10 hours of lessons : $150

Details

My rates stay the same for the different levels of students. My tutoring will be done over Zoom so I can share my screen. This makes my tutoring available to students outside of Lubbock as well.
