About Carol
I am a Parsons School of Design Professor with over 20 years of experience teaching art and digital tools to students at all skill levels. My professional background includes work in NYC’s commercial photography studios, where I honed my expertise in Photoshop for various creative applications. I hold an MFA from Hunter College and a BFA from Cooper Union, combining formal education in fine arts with practical, industry-relevant skills. As a multidisciplinary artist, I bring a unique perspective to teaching Photoshop, helping students blend creativity with technical precision. Passionate about empowering learners, I tailor my lessons to inspire confidence, spark creativity, and build the skills needed to excel in the digital arts.
