About the lesson

I’m a Maths tutor with over 8 years of experience and an MSc in Statistics, passionate about connecting mathematics with creative arts and design. I specialise in helping learners apply mathematical problem-solving to artistic projects, making abstract concepts both practical and inspiring. In my lessons, we explore parametric equations to create generative art, Fourier analysis for sound synthesis, and tessellations to design intricate patterns. I emphasise hands-on learning and often integrate software tools like Processing and Blender, so concepts come to life visually and interactively. I enjoy guiding students as they see equations transform into shapes, sounds, and designs, making maths feel tangible and exciting. My approach balances theory with practice, ensuring each idea has a clear creative application. Lessons are tailored to your goals, whether you’re experimenting with digital art, music, or design.
