About Kimberly
I hold a Master of Arts in Spanish and have spent six wonderful years tutoring diverse groups of learners. My love for teaching began while volunteering as a language helper during my undergraduate university studies. I recently guided a family through an intensive travel Spanish course before their summer vacation to Spain.
They sent me a lovely postcard explaining how they comfortably conversed with locals throughout their entire trip. Moments like that remind me why I dedicated my professional life to foreign language education. I know that grammar can feel confusing, so I explain rules using very simple visual templates.

My student centered teaching style relies heavily on interactive communication to foster rapid language acquisition. We balance our time between essential grammar drills and lively spontaneous conversation practice during every single session. I prioritize accurate pronunciation by breaking down difficult letter sounds using simple phonetic exercises.
We will explore travel Spanish through realistic situational role-play like asking for directions or shopping at local markets. Vocabulary lessons are built around relevant daily themes to help you memorize words much faster and easier. Reading short literary texts helps us explore sentence structures and advanced writing mechanics naturally.
Listening exercises utilize authentic podcasts to help you adapt to natural native speaking speeds. I provide comprehensive school and college course support to help students improve their academic grades dramatically. We also cover cultural understanding to give you a deeper appreciation of the Spanish speaking world.
