About Oshira
I graduated with a Master's degree in Biochemistry from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah. I guided as a Teaching assistant for 8 semesters in Chemistry for undergraduate students at BYU. In my recitation sessions I taught 20 students on average. I was able to hold tutorial lab hours with students who needed extra attention. I am happy to say my students maintained excellent grades at the close of the semester.

I use a combination of teaching techniques focusing on the theory of topics and their practical applications. In an hour I would focus on an introduction to the topic followed by a comprehensive review of the core content. Following that I will work on a series of practice questions from beginner to advanced level, to evaluate my student's understanding. Finally I will conduct a discussion on the applications of the topic, in science and industry.
