We do not do general ESL exercises. Every session focuses directly on the acoustic and pragmatic communication required in hospitals, clinics, and residency panels.
Our clinical communication framework:
Clinical Pronunciation and Stress: Mastering numerical distinction (such as 15 versus 50 mg), pharmaceutical names, and multi-syllabic anatomical terms using the COLOR VOWEL Method.
Bedside Manner and Intonation: Shifting from flat or curt speech patterns to reassuring, patient-centered American prosody that builds instant rapport and compliance.
High-Pressure Handoffs: Simulating SBAR transitions, phone consults, and emergency room telemetry updates where acoustic clarity is non-negotiable.
