Also, my very first gym instructor certificates I received in 1998 from WFF (World Fitness Federation), and it was a subject of upgrading every 6 months ( I did my upgrading between 1998-2003 ). In 2000, I received a certificate from the educational institution Body Culture Academy (would be the name in English). In parallel to my certifications above, back to 1999, I was an Advisor in Natural Remedies for a company that represented Arkopharma Natural Supplements. Later in 2011, I got qualified as Senior Advisor in Natural Supplements by NBTY company (company who used to owe chains of shops such Holland and Barrett, GNC and others) In 2020, I did my courses Foot Mechanics and Gait Cycle, in 2022 Jaw and Body Connection course and Sport Performance course by Posturepro company with famous Annette Verpilott herself.
Ever since I was young, fitness has always been a priority, and I participated in several activities, including callisthenics, powerlifting, yoga, karate, running, and drug-free bodybuilding I have been training myself for over 3 decades, the first athlete who lifted over 600 kilos / 1320lbs in Hip Thrust.

I currently work with Clients of different ages from 12 to 60+ years old who have different needs, goals, and different health conditions too.
I use different methods, and here are 3 of them I would like to mention:
1. Adjusting the Nutrition according to people's age, needs, and conditions such as: to supply more building material for muscles and connective tissue (ligaments, tendons, etc) and cartilages. Adjusting calories intake to achieve the goals such as fat loss, also reducing or eliminating foods which cause an inflammation - example: if it's a teenager who plays sports - the risk of injuries would be strongly reduced and Athleticism, recovery, etc, would be improved together with other qualities.
If it's a senior citizen with chronic pains , drastic improvements can be achieved, such as reduction of panin, mobility and flexibility improvements, and more. And, if it's a professional, let's say office worker - productivity and energy levels would be significantly higher. And, of course, improving body composition accordingly, such as body fat reduction if needed, muscles growing or other needs, posture improvements and several other benefits, and more. To mention briefly some of the most common cases.

2. Balanced and targeted Strength Training, Flexibility and 'Cardio' to strengthen the connectve tissue, to reduce pains, to improve athleticism, flexibility, stamina and other qualities and even to stimulate of rebuilding of the cartilages.

3. Posturology Principles - such as 'recalibration' of the Brain with very simple exercises such as eyes exercises - would be effective. Simple explanation on how they work: let's say, we need to fix someone's muscular imbalances which are causing chronic pains. Those imbalances usually treated by specialists such as physiotherapists who work mainly 'locally', targeting affected area with specific exercises, myofascial release, soft tissue work and more - and of course those do help to relief or even eliminate the issues, but, not always it happens to resolve the problem, cause the 'Brain Factor' it's not targeted. Explanation: If on one side muscles are 'tighter' - often it's because the signals from the Brain are telling them to be tight due to poorer/poor tracking of your body in space... and as much as we work on muscles only without addressing the Brain, they will back to be getting 'tight' and imbalanced again and again.... This is the reason why I became Posturology Practitioner, cause I was pretty fed up to not being able to fully resolve or find out the Real root of the issues some of my Clients had, as much as we were involving brilliant specialists from other fields such massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture and more. Currently, Posturology methods they help a lot in resolving the issues we couldn't resolve before.

I had my first own gym between 1998 - 2003 where I was providing personal training services to my Clients of different ages with different Fitness goals, also preparing Females and Males athletes for Fitness, Bikini, Men's physique and drugs Free Bodybuilding contests.
