About Doris
Helping people find their voice in a new language is my life work. I teach because language is the key to understanding another culture. My 20 years of experience include helping hobbyists, teens, and those prepping for exams. I have taught 400 students how to navigate grammar, verb conjugation, and business Spanish. My lessons cover everything from everyday phrases for beginners to advanced reading comprehension. I have a BMus Popular Music from Queensland Conservatorium and a Licenciatura from Argentina. I possess a deep knowledge of idioms and expressions. Writing skills and accent refinement are essential parts of my program. I truly enjoy sharing my roots through the lens of Spanish language and music.

My 20 years of experience helps me simplify complex grammar for hobbyists and exam candidates alike. I focus on accent and intonation as much as vocabulary building to ensure you sound natural. You will receive free access to my vocabulary and grammar notes to reinforce what we cover in class. Whether you need help with business Spanish or simply want to understand idioms, I am here to guide you.
