About Max
Currently completing a masters degree and data science and complex systems from the University of Vermont. I have an undergraduate Degree in Data Science and have spent 2 years studying mechanical engineering. I have conducted research for the government as well as private research groups here at the university. My passion is in non linear system dynamics. But I also love Calculus and fundamentals of math.

As a kinesthetic learner, I approach math from a very experiential perspective. I teach through real world examples, and am a large proponent of the "scaffolding" or "top down" teaching philosophy. I try and help the learner see the utility and application of concepts in parallel with the theory. Lessons are comprised on group examples and than independent exercises and exploration.
