About Andrea

Since I was in high school, I have been passionate about supporting others in their studies. My first experience was with my sister, and from there, word of mouth allowed me to help many high school students during my school and college years. This activity has given me great personal satisfaction and has taught me the importance of building confidence and motivation in students.

My academic career in electronic engineering has provided me with a solid scientific and technical foundation, which I now make available to those seeking support in subjects such as mathematics, physics, computer science, programming and electrical engineering. I also had the opportunity to teach mathematics at a scientific high school for a few months, an experience that further strengthened my enthusiasm for teaching.

I love to convey the idea that studying is not just a duty, but an opportunity for personal growth. I am patient, organized and attentive to the needs of each person, and my goal is to help you reach your goals with serenity and confidence.

My lessons aim to support students in learning and understanding scientific subjects in depth, through a personalized approach that adapts to their needs.

My method is based on understanding theory as a useful and practical tool, not as a set of abstract notions. I guide students in the interpretation and application of theoretical knowledge in different contexts, helping them develop solid and flexible reasoning. The goal is to build confidence and autonomy, which are essential to tackle even the most complex exercises.
So, no more excuses like: "I didn't do that test exercise because I've never seen one like it before!"

Each lesson lasts about two hours. We begin by doing exercises, preferably those proposed by the student, to immediately address doubts and difficulties (so the lesson continues independently, marking the critical points as you go along!). From here, we focus on the gaps identified or on specific needs, deepening the theory when necessary. This approach allows you to consolidate the concepts and apply them with awareness to new situations.

I adopt a practical and interactive method, always based on the student's needs. I take into account the level of preparation and his/her learning style to make the lessons as effective as possible. I firmly believe that the ability to reason is more important than mnemonic knowledge, and for this reason I encourage active and participatory study.

My lessons are aimed at high school students, regardless of major, who need support in scientific subjects such as mathematics, physics, computer science, programming, electrical engineering and related disciplines.
