About Sarada
Hello! My name is Sarada, and I am passionate about helping students understand math and become more confident in their abilities.
I have a Master’s degree and many years of professional experience in IT and technology, where analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail were an important part of my work. I also have a strong personal background in mathematics and received special prizes in Math Olympiad during 10th, 11th, and 12th grades.
Over the years, I have enjoyed helping my own children and their friends with math. I believe every student can improve in math when concepts are explained clearly and they are given the right encouragement and practice.
My tutoring style is patient, encouraging, and personalized. I take the time to understand where a student is struggling, explain concepts step by step, and provide practice until the student feels comfortable solving problems independently.
My goal is not just to help students complete their homework, but to help them understand math, build confidence, and develop problem-solving skills that they can use in school and beyond.
I would be happy to work with elementary-school students who need extra support, practice, or encouragement in math.

15–20 minutes – New concept
15–20 minutes – Guided practice:
5–10 minutes – Independent practice:
Wrap-up:
I have also enjoyed helping my own children and their friends with math over the years. I understand that students can sometimes feel frustrated or lose confidence when they don't understand a math concept. My goal is to make math less intimidating, easier to understand, and more enjoyable, while helping students build confidence and independence.
I also have a personal interest in math from my school years, when I received special prizes in Math Olympiad during 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. I would like to bring that enthusiasm for math to the students I tutor.
I would like to teach elementary school kids.
