About Julien
I moved to NZ with my family at the end of 2024, and my main activity now is taking care of my one-year-old son. Although I'm very pleased to be a stay-at-home dad, I also miss teaching, raising philosophical questions and transmitting knowledge.

In France, I worked as a qualified ("agrégé") philosophy teacher. I have taught in different contexts, and I know how to adapt to different situations and learners. Among others, I’ve taught years 11 to 13, students with both literary and technical backgrounds, in French and in English, provided tutoring sessions to individuals or small groups, as well as teaching a special “preparatory school” class for History of Art students attached to the University of Orléans. I can teach most Western philosophers, explain classical philosophical problems and their answers, and help build strong argumentation.
