About Irina
I have a Master's Degree in teaching ESOL. I was a director of community ESOL program. My teaching experience in the USA is almost 30 years. I've been teaching multicultural multilingual adult student population in community colleges since 1993. I've served as an adviser too. I always work for the result and the quality of teaching is my priority.

The lessons are designed for adult students with different background, multicultural and multilingual. The lessons are integrated. They include reading/writing, grammar and conversation. A lot of attention is given to grammar and writing as it's more academic English than for workforce development.
Homework is a must.
