About Nandini

About the lesson

I'm a French tutor with over 9 years of experience and a PhD in Quebecois Literature and Culture. My greatest joy comes from teaching children aged 8 to 14, helping them fall in love with the French language through creativity and play. I specialise in using dramatic play, improvisation, and script reading to bring French to life. Whether we’re acting out scenes or creating our own characters, every lesson is filled with laughter, movement, and imagination. I focus on building a strong foundation in vocabulary, pronunciation, and simple grammar—always in fun and memorable ways. Through performance, children naturally absorb sentence structure, express themselves confidently, and develop a real connection to the language. My lessons are energetic, engaging, and full of opportunities for self-expression. I believe learning French should be as joyful as putting on a play. I create a safe space where they can take risks, make mistakes, and grow through every role they play. Watching a shy student step into a character and speak French with boldness is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. I adapt each lesson to match the energy, interests, and pace of every child.
