About Janik
Hi! I’m a native German speaker from Germany, currently in my senior year at Harris-Stowe State University, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. I’m excited to help you learn my language!
As an international soccer player, I understand the importance of constant improvement and overcoming challenges. I believe anyone can learn German, even though it may seem difficult at first. German is a valuable language in today’s world, opening doors to many opportunities in business, travel, and culture.
In our lessons, I aim to create a friendly and supportive atmosphere where you can gain confidence and enjoy the learning process. No matter your starting point, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Let’s make learning German fun and rewarding together!

As a native German speaker raised in Germany, I love sharing my language with others. My approach is interactive and focused on real-life conversation, making learning fun and relevant. I incorporate cultural insights and tailor each lesson to your interests, whether you're traveling, studying, or looking to boost your career.
In a typical lesson, we start with a warm-up conversation, followed by vocabulary and grammar practice. Then we dive into speaking exercises to reinforce what you’ve learned. I always wrap up with a summary and some homework to help you keep progressing.
What sets me apart is my experience as an international student-athlete; I understand the challenges of learning a new language firsthand. My lessons are for anyone who wants to start or improve their German skills, and I’m excited to help you on this journey!
