About Zachary
I love history. It's one of the most important impactful things you can ever study. In order to understand where we are today, we need to understand where we've come from - that's history. And, it should never be boring. Too often, studying history seems to be about boring dead people who did boring things way too long ago for it to make a difference or mean anything now. This couldn't be farther from the truth! History is bursting at the seams with better stories than you'll ever find in fiction, and we can learn them all. As we immerse ourselves in the stories of history, we will learn academic techniques that help us do this like students, those that learn from the past, and help us pass the exam we're studying for. They go hand-in-hand.

Learning History should be exciting, engaging, full of storytelling and mystery. The study of the past is rich with stories of heroes, villains, battles, miracles, good, evil, hope, despair, charity and brutality, nations and individuals. History is, at its heart, the collection and presentation of the stories of everything that has happened, and everyone that has lived. We can learn these stories and see how they effect our lives - and get us a qualification. With my Master's degree in Public History, I teach KS3, GCSE and A-Level History. Lessons are usually 30mins to 1 Hour, with additional revision sessions and study seminars.
