About Deepthi

Hi! I'm Deepthi, a Biological Sciences Master's graduate specializing in Comparative Physiology. I know how overwhelming biology can feel but I see it as a beautifully connected system as any life starts and ends with Biology. Because of my background in Comparative Physiology I can help you understand different systems and their mechanisms in different animal and plant functions very easily. I will always be happy to clear any doubts as I believe no question is too small or silly. Being compassionate about teaching I am offering lessons for school-age children as well. Together in a friendly and comfortable environment we shall learn about different forms of life in an effortless way which would definitely be at a pace that works best for you. Let's get started!

English

I am a Master's graduate in Biological Sciences specializing in Comparative Physiology. I have the ability to connect complex biological mechanisms across different species and systems. My tutoring approach focuses on understanding evolution and function and also how biological systems solve life's challenges rather than rote memorization. I teach students how to scale their understanding from molecular mechanisms up to whole organism responses. I translate abstract concepts into relatable everyday analogies. Being compassionate about teaching I am offering lessons for school age children as well. Before starting a session I usually like to do a quick, friendly review of the previous lesson to lock in learning and clear up any doubts and to ensure no gaps are left in the student's understanding.
