About Joshua
For the past 6 years, I have helped children and adult learners enjoy the process of learning guitar through supportive and engaging lessons. My aim is to build confidence while helping students develop strong musical foundations and practical performance skills.
My teaching emphasizes consistent practice, clear explanations, and enjoyable learning experiences that keep students motivated. Lessons strengthen fingerstyle techniques, chord transitions, rhythm, improvisation, music theory, and performance while encouraging creativity and musical independence.
I adapt every lesson to reflect each student's experience, interests, and aspirations. Whether learning favorite songs or preparing for performances, I provide practical guidance and continuous encouragement that support meaningful musical growth.

Each lesson blends technical instruction with hands-on playing to create an enjoyable learning experience from the very beginning. Students improve confidently through practical exercises, familiar songs, and creative activities that strengthen musical skills and overall performance ability.
Lessons cover chord progressions, strumming patterns, fingerstyle techniques, scales, lead guitar, rhythm guitar, improvisation, music theory, ear training, picking techniques, barre chords, and performance skills. Students build confidence through structured practice and real musical applications.
