Yara taught my son from grade 12 into undergraduate courses and he's now in medical school doing well. She was punctual, understanding, empathetic and worked around his issues by customizing her methods of teaching around what worked for him. She taught him for 3 years and we are so grateful for it. Yara helped me with immunology and biology last semester and was so accommodating to my schedule. She made sure I understood concepts and continuously made me apply them by doing practice questions together. Yara taught me biochemistry and biology for 2 years in undergrad and was great at helping me understand concepts rather than memorize them. She had cool mnemonics that I still know till today because of how bizarre they are lol. She really spends time getting to know how you think and how you learn and makes sure she teaches things to you that way.

Yara taught me anatomy in 2021 and was incredible at distilling down concepts that I couldn't wrap my head around. She was always there when I needed her for anatomy and helped me get an 86% in my Anatomy course which I couldn't do without her. Her methods of explaining are really great for visual learners.
