About Natan
I've been involved in volleyball for over two decades — first as a competitive athlete, then as a coach. That journey, combined with my academic background in Human Movement Sciences and Sports Psychology, shapes how I teach: I care as much about how an athlete thinks and reacts under pressure as I do about their technique.
Over the years, I've developed athletes and teams across multiple levels — from grassroots clubs to state youth national teams and a professional Superliga B squad — which gives me a wide range of experience adapting my coaching to different ages, goals, and skill levels.
Outside of volleyball, I'm passionate about continuous learning and staying current with sports science research, which I apply directly to how I train my athletes.

With a Master's degree in Human Movement Sciences (UFRGS) and over 16 years of experience in volleyball, I offer personalized training programs focused on technical development, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning for players of all levels.
I currently coach the Santa Catarina state youth team (U16) and previously coached the Rio Grande do Sul state team. My coaching is backed by a Level III National Volleyball Coaching Certification (CBV) and published research, including a study on youth volleyball performance published in the International Journal of Sports Science & Coaching.
Achievements:
* Assistant coach, Brazilian Volleyball Superliga B (2026) — Brazil's top-tier professional league
* 3rd place, Brazilian National Youth Team Championship (2026, Santa Catarina)
* 2nd place, Brazilian National Youth Team Championship (2023, Rio Grande do Sul)
* State Champion, Rio Grande do Sul Adult League (Bento Vôlei, 2023)
Before coaching, I competed as a professional volleyball athlete for 7 years, including the São Paulo State Championship, São Paulo Open Games (3rd place), and the Rio Grande do Sul U21 State Championship (2nd place) — giving me a practical, player-first perspective in every session. I don't just teach technique, I teach how to read and understand the game.
Lessons are tailored to each athlete's level and goals, whether you're a beginner learning fundamentals, an intermediate player refining technique, or a competitive athlete preparing for tryouts or a new season. Available online or in person — sessions can focus on attack and serve technique, tactical decision-making, physical conditioning and injury prevention, or mental preparation for competition.
