PLEASE NOTE! I do not currently have evening availability in MDT time zone. I believe that the best teaching methodology is able to flexibly adapt to students’ strengths and weaknesses. During the first few classes I typically assess the student's academic level as well as his or her learning style. I believe that the classroom setting should be comfortable and encouraging, as well as rigorous. Writing lessons each focus on a single, feasible topic. We will polish up basic skills, practice specific tricks to improve writing, and play brain-strengthening games to get those words flowing! Want to hire me for more than one hour in person? I discount! My in-person pricing is based mainly on my drive time. For a one-hour class, I have to calculate about 2 hours of work time for me. This means that longer classes, or consecutive classes in the same place are wonderful! I don't have to add drive time and am happy to lower my hourly fee.
