About Iris
I bring over 6 years of experience in tutoring middle and high school students, with a specialization in teaching mathematics from grades 7 to 12.
I have a master’s degree in Mathematics at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan. When I was a graduate student, I
taught in a weekly tutoring class for 60 students, enabling them to deeply grasp intricate calculus concepts.
After completing graduate studies, I worked as an actuarial specialist at one of Taiwan's top 5 domestic life insurance companies and I'm committed to working towards the ASA and FAS designation.

I'm an adaptable and patient instructor who tailors lessons to the student's pace.
- Teaching methodology and techniques
I will clarify concepts, bridge knowledge gaps, and provide questions or booklets for practice. In subsequent sessions, we review questions and progress to the next topic based on student's comfort level. This plan is flexible to accommodate student's evolving needs and preferences.
