About Margaret
"Teaching allows me to share the music that defined my 13-year performance career. I focus on helping you master chord transitions, fingerpicking, and reading sheet music or tabs. My academic foundation is a Master of Music in Vocal Studies from the Royal Academy of Music. I use 10 years of experience to simplify complex concepts for 261 students.
I help performance-focused students and hobbyists gain true confidence on the instrument. My lessons emphasise technical accuracy and rhythmic precision for all learners. Advanced learners find my approach to repertoire study especially effective for their goals.
I work to ensure your growth feels consistent and rewarding. My teaching style remains kind and motivating throughout our time together."

"Great technique starts with a clear understanding of your personal goals. I admit that mastering the fretboard is often more about patience than natural talent. I assist performance-focused students and hobbyists with grade exam prep and advanced soloing techniques.
