About the lesson

With over 9 years of tutoring experience and a BSc in Physics and Astronomy, I specialise in making complex medical imaging physics clear and engaging. I help students understand how MRI, CT, and PET technologies work in practice. My lessons focus on nuclear magnetic resonance, X-ray principles, and radiotracer dynamics, explained through simplified diagrams and real clinical examples. Even advanced concepts become approachable when connected to practical applications. I have extensive experience working with pre-med students, biomedical engineering majors, and anyone curious about the physics behind medical diagnostics. Lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, whether preparing for exams or exploring the subject out of curiosity. I emphasise understanding over memorisation, helping students see the logic and relevance of each concept. Many find that linking theory to real-world medical applications makes learning exciting and meaningful.
