My Teaching Approach for Power BI and Excel (PowerQuery & DAX)
I believe in a hands-on, real-world approach to teaching. Instead of only focusing on theory, I walk students through practical examples, working with real datasets just like we do in a professional bank or corporate environment. I break down complex topics like PowerQuery transformations, DAX calculations, and Power BI dashboards into simple, easy-to-grasp steps.
A typical lesson plan starts with a quick theory intro (10–15 mins), followed by a live demo on actual datasets (30 mins), and finishes with a small project or assignment to practice (15–20 mins). Each session builds on the previous one to ensure clear progression and mastery.
What sets me apart is my 10+ years of industry experience working with massive datasets (millions of rows). I bring real-life scenarios, automation tricks, error handling tips, and optimization techniques that you will not find in textbooks or generic courses.
