I’m Lourie Grijalva, MSN, RN, with extensive experience as a travel emergency room nurse and critical care transport nurse. I’ve cared for patients across a wide range of acuity levels, from high-volume emergency departments to critical care transport settings. My background gives me a strong foundation in clinical decision-making, pathophysiology, pharmacology, and real-world patient care.
