About Samantha
I have been a tutor for 7 years now. I have helped numerous students feel confident in their abilities, and go on to study at the university level. Something I tell my students is that they know what they are doing, they just need me to slow it down and work through it with them. I am here to help you, and will always check in with you between sessions to see how everything is going, and encourage communication.

I typically ask my students to send any work prior to the lesson, as well as any specific questions. This way, I can prep necessary notes, and maximize the time of our lesson together. I share notes with my students to help them grasp concepts, and encourage them to solve their confusion rather than simply handing them the answer. Students often know what they are doing, they just need someone to go through the content thoroughly with them. I typically teach high school level students, but I'm open to discuss.
