I am a graduate student offering services to undergraduate level and grade school students. My lesson structure is tailored to the learner. If you learn verbally, I will teach verbally. If you are a visual learner I will include a multitude of visual aids. My guidance is also based on the individual learner. If you feel more comfortable being independent with minimal guidance/corrections I will allow that. If you would like more instructions, I will provide that. Your learning style and requested magnitude of instruction will be discussed prior to our initial meeting in order to obtain maximum efficiency.
I am a graduate student. I have experience with tutoring peers in specific undergraduate level psychology courses. Additionally, I have experience as a teacher's assistant in an undergraduate course wherein I guided students through the transition from grade school to college experiences. With my help, individuals have successfully increased their GPAs, grasped difficult contexts, and had an increase in overall academic confidence.
