I have a BSc in Zoology and I am currently studying for an MSc in Marketing Management- on track for the highest grade. I also have a levels in Human Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Physics! All round nerd and maths lover!

My strategy is to break each subject down into singular processes, teach these processes and allow students to practice the new process learned, in order to identify flaws or problems and work through them. For example, I would present a new mathematic problem type, run the students through the problem and how to solve it, and provide them with the opportunity to apply and practice it themselves
