Serena geeft erg duidelijke uitleg en is een geduldige leraar. Onze dochter heeft veel plezier in de gezamenlijke lessen.
Serena heeft kennis van zaken en weet altijd een nieuwe manier te vinden om uit te leggen. Hierdoor zorgt zij ervoor dat de leerling/student na de les met een duidelijker zicht de toets in gaat. Daarnaast wil zij altijd helpen waar kan en is erg vriendelijk en flexibel tegenover iedereen die zij kan helpen.
