Regarding the transport fees, I'll ask for 2€ when the maximum kilometers I can do are reached. For instance, if the pupil lives 15km away from my home, 2€ will be charged, however, if the pupil lives less than 15km away from my house, the transport fees will be gradually decreased according to the kilometers done.

With regard to the cancellation policy, the lessons cancelled by the pupil or myself must be cancelled within 2 days before the lesson. I find it much more respectful that way instead of cancelling the lesson the day before or even a few hours before the lesson.
