About Catalina
I’m Catalina, a Colombian mathematician who moved here to pursue my university studies. While I truly enjoy studying mathematical sciences and their applications, what I love even more is challenging the idea that 'math is only for geniuses.' I believe mathematics is a vast field, and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it more once you realize that we all possess mathematical intuition, even if we don't always see it.

My teaching method for math is based on gamification strategies (using games and interactive platforms), intuition, and the formalization of concepts through a step-by-step approach that will guide you. My classes cover various academic levels: Elementary School (Fundamental Mathematics), High School (Algebra, Trigonometry, Statistics, and Calculus), and CEGEP or University (Foundations of Calculus, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, and Probability and Statistics).
