About Rose
I graduated from a STAPS License with adapted physical activities and health option from Paris Sud University in Orsay. I am currently a Master 1 Sport Health Society student at Paris Descartes University at Porte de Versailles. I have been a sports trainer in athletics at the Paris University Club for 3 years.

Having a license in adapted physical activity, I adapt my sessions according to the capacities and needs of each. My lessons are always organized in the same way: a general warm-up of 10/15 min, followed by a session body in the form of a 40 min training course. The session ends with a return to calm with stretching. My sessions last 1 hour.

Excellent! Lucie était satisfaite de son 1er cours. Rose lui a proposé des exercices variés et a fait preuve de pédagogie. Elles sont convenues d'un nouveau cours vendredi au même endroit. Finalement il faudrait que ce soit à 17h15 car elle a un cours de musique à 18h30. Merci
