About Sahil
Table tennis has been a defining part of my life for over a decade. I competed professionally from 2011 to 2020 under the Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI), representing Thane, Maharashtra, Tibhar Sports, and Air India in district, state, and national championships. Over the years, I’ve earned 100+ medals, the Rising Star Award (2014) from the Maharashtra State Table Tennis Association, and achieved peak rankings of #1 in Thane, #2 in Maharashtra, and #18 in India. While I now work full-time in my professional career, my passion for the sport continues to drive me. Through coaching, I aim to give back to the table tennis community that shaped my discipline, focus, and perseverance. My goal is to help the next generation of players build a strong technical foundation, develop a winning mindset, and experience the same joy and growth that table tennis brought me.

My coaching philosophy goes beyond drills and repetition, it’s about understanding the intuition and science behind table tennis. Every stroke, spin, and serve is guided by principles of timing, balance, and anticipation. In our sessions, you will not only practice techniques but also learn why they work; from body language and shot selection to reading opponents and controlling pace.
The goal is to help you think like a player, not just play like one. We will explore how small changes in body positioning, timing, or rhythm can transform your consistency and confidence on the table. Whether you’re a beginner discovering the fundamentals or a seasoned player refining your tactical edge, the focus is on building deep, instinctive understanding and not just muscle memory.
Each class is structured yet flexible, combining technical training, mental conditioning, and match analysis to help you learn, unlearn, and master the game in a way that feels both analytical and artistic.
