With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have built my career around mastering the art of cocktails and beverage service.

I began my journey as a bartender in Italy and have spent the past seven years in London, refining my skills across a wide range of bars, restaurants, and luxury hotels.
Today, as an independent consultant and trainer, I specialise in supporting aspiring professionals and venues in elevating their standards through tailored education and hands-on training. Passionate about mixology, hospitality, and nurturing new talent, I am committed to sharing my knowledge and inspiring others in the industry. Perfect! Absolutely fun and great knowledge of cocktails within such a short time for us 3!! Davide gave us as much as knowledge, technique and how to posture ourselves so we’re not have a bad shoulder while doing cocktails I’m recommend Davide to anyone who’s even just don’t have knowledge at all he will takes you step by step !!! He’s also very flexible to what you want to learn or in my case, I don’t drink alcohol and he made non alcoholic recipes and gave me other options to be able to practice and learn which was really appreciated.
