About Nina
With over 3 years of teaching experience and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Guitar Studies, I’m passionate about helping guitarists connect deeply with their instrument. My lessons focus on ear training, because I believe that great musicianship starts with great listening. I teach students how to transcribe solos, recognize chord progressions, and understand music by sound, not just sight. Every class includes practical exercises that strengthen musical intuition. I guide learners through identifying intervals and notes purely by ear. My goal is to help each student develop a sense of pitch that feels natural and effortless. I love watching students begin to play songs without needing tabs or notation. Technique and theory are important, but I always bring them back to the sound. I adapt lessons for all levels, from curious beginners to aspiring professionals. Students learn to balance structure and creativity in their practice. My approach is patient, interactive, and built around real music. Together, we train the ear as much as the fingers. I want every guitarist I teach to play with confidence, precision, and deep musical awareness.
