About Brooklyn
My piano teaching approach focuses on helping students build strong technical skills while developing a deep understanding of music. I cover piano performance, sight-reading, rhythm, hand coordination, and ear training. Alongside these, I also teach music theory, composition, harmony, improvisation, and chord voicing to provide a complete musical foundation that supports both classical and contemporary learning.
I listen carefully to each student’s goals and challenges and design lessons that match their pace, interests, and learning style. Whether a student wants to play for exams, performances, or personal enjoyment, I create lessons that are engaging, motivating, and tailored to their individual needs.
I encourage students to explore musical ideas, improvise, and overcome technical challenges with guidance and practice. Flexibility allows me to adapt lessons for online or in-person learning, ensuring that every student feels supported and confident. My ultimate goal is to help learners enjoy music, express themselves, and achieve excellence on the piano.

I am a passionate Piano tutor with 5 years of experience teaching High School and College students. During this time, I have successfully guided around 150 students, helping them improve their skills in performance, theory, and composition. I focus on creating lessons that are both enjoyable and educational, allowing students to develop a strong foundation while exploring their musical interests and potential.
My teaching philosophy is centered on patience, creativity, and encouragement. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to each individual’s goals, whether it’s preparing for exams, mastering a piece, or learning for personal enjoyment. I emphasize building confidence, technical skills, and expressive playing, ensuring that students feel motivated and supported throughout their learning journey.
Many of my students have performed in school concerts, music competitions, and local events, achieving recognition for their progress and talent. I take pride in helping students reach their musical goals while fostering a lifelong love for piano. My ultimate aim is to guide each learner to enjoy music, express themselves freely, and achieve excellence at their own pace.
