About Hitesh
Hi there, I am Hitesh Chhabria.
I started my fitness journey when I joined college. I used to be a very fat kid. I never got importance and was never popular compared to other guys. Even in my school days, I was bullied and was called with many disrespectful names because of being overweight.
I studied the basics of nutrition and started following a scientific method by counting my daily calorie intake and followed a disciplined workout routine. I was very much consistent. I lost almost 42 kgs fat mass and packed 10 kgs of lean muscle mass. I have been maintaining myself ever since. There were a few ups and downs during the journey but I was persistent and kept following the workout and diet plan without any complaints. Everytime I saw the changes, I was motivated to push further.
Slowly, fitness became my passion, and I decided to make it my profession. I got myself certified from Gold’s Gym Fitness Institute and became a master trainer. I worked with the institute itself as a Professor and trained and certified 1000+ trainers. Since then, I have been training and transforming lives.
My aim is to make India a stronger, healthier and fitter nation. I want to people to make fitness and healthy living a priority in their lives. I believe, ‘if you are FIT, everything is a Hit’. You can work better and enjoy your life better if you stay inside a fit body.
I was the most unfit living a very unhealthy lifestyle and today I am at my fittest and living the most healthy lifestyle. I didn’t start from ‘Zero’, I started from ‘Minus’ so I know what it takes to transform someone from ground level.
